Cancellation Policy for Padel Court Bookings

To ensure a flexible booking experience at our facility, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:

1.  *Standard Cancellations:*
   
   – Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Please notify us via Direct Message on Instagram, WhatsApp, or by calling our facility directly.
   
   
2.  *Refunds:*
   
   -All cancellations processed in compliance with our cancellation window will receive a full refund in the form of booking credits. These credits can be used for any future bookings at our facility.
   
   
3. *Weather-Related Cancellations:*
   
   – In case of inclement weather conditions that prevent play, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund in credits, allowing you to reschedule your booking to a more suitable date.
